AsiaTek, a division of Aquarian Products Corporation, began in 1974, as a manufacturer and distributor. We began producing our products in Asia, in 1986. Our bulk packaging factory is located in beautiful Qian Dao Hu (Thousand Island Lake), China.
Providing Bulk Packaging solutions is our business. We produce Barless and Conventional bulk container liners, bulk bags (FIBC’s) and bulk discharge rigs.
Our goal is to provide the optimum safety/cost ratio for your bulk container liners and bulk bags. Our focus is on providing you with a product that works best for your installation and bulk loading crews and to provide your customers a product that works best for them.
We design and build our bulk container liners and bulk bags to maximize bulk load capacity and bulk flow. We use 100% virgin material and extreme quality control procedures. We back our product with on-time delivery and worldwide service, as attested by our reputation.
Bulk Container Liners
In 2003, GE Plastics, our customer since 1998, asked us to produce a barless container liner. To develop the unit, we worked with their installation and bulk loading crews in the US and Europe, and their discharge crews along the Pacific Rim, India and Australia. In 2005, after two years of testing and modifications, and with the approval of all involved, they began using our barless liner exclusively for all international shipments, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. We now hold four US Patents and one European Patent on our barless liner, with more international patents pending.
